Sophie Grace Pty Ltd assisted Corporate Prepaid Solutions Pty Ltd (CPS) to acquire an Australian Financial Services License (AFSL) in March 2014. CPS were previously a corporate authorised representative. They issue prepaid cards and were required to obtain an AFSL so that they could expand their financial services offerings to clients.
Sophie Grace explained all the necessary licensing processes to CPS, what their obligations and requirements were as well as assisted with the preparation of all the application documents. With our help CPS were able to manage the process of applying for their AFSL themselves. Sophie Grace was also on hand to assist CPS answer any questions that ASIC had whilst they reviewed the application.
CPS has a wealth of experience in prepaid program management, which enables them to deliver prepaid solutions to their corporate clients. Their prepaid solutions involve the distribution and management of prepaid cards in partnership with Heritage Bank to a variety of Australian businesses and their consumers.
