Robert Ludecke, has vast experience in advising private and public companies alike, in relation to their financial product requirements. He also has extensive experience across a range of sectors, including power and utilities, oil and gas, metals and mining, infrastructure, health, telecom and media, agri-business and soft commodities. LCM’s core service is to provide financial advice to clients to ensure that the financial strategy, and execution of this strategy, mirrors the client’s business plan. LCM liaises with the Board of Directors and the senior management of its clients to achieve these outcomes. LCM also assists clients in sourcing the necessary capital, including debt and equity in addition to any foreign exchange and derivative requirements.
Sophie Grace assisted LCM to acquire their Australian Financial Services License (AFSL) for providing wholesale advice and dealing services, reviewing the entire application process. This was a smooth process with ASIC granting LCM their AFSL promptly.
“Sophie Grace provided a very competent and cost effective service in navigating myself around ASIC’s requirements to enable LCM to obtain an Australian Financial Services Licence. From my perspective using a professional firm as the interface with ASIC was very efficient. The steepest learning curve for me was understanding ASIC’s requirements. I would happily recommend the Sophie Grace team.”
