Sophie Grace also ensures that no correspondence is provided to ASIC without your review and instruction, ensuring applicants have full access and control over information provided to ASIC.
When applying for an AFSL, Sophie Grace will prepare the Application Form, Core Proof and Additional Proof documents, as well as co-ordinate the other supporting documents required (e.g. police checks, bankruptcy checks, qualifications and references) prior to submission with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (“ASIC”). Sophie Grace will be listed as the contact person on the application form and all correspondence with ASIC will be directed to the Sophie Grace office in the first instance.
If you would prefer to reduce costs by completing parts of the application yourself, Sophie Grace can offer several other packages to assist with your AFSL application to help ensure that you achieve the best and quickest result.
Template documents and Starter Packs can be purchased from our online shop. If you are unsure about something in your template, Sophie Grace can review any of the amendments you make to the documents prior to submission to ASIC using our hourly rates.
Sophie Grace can review documents that you have already prepared. If you provide us with the work you have done so far we are able to quote you a flat fee. Alternatively, we can perform this work using our hourly rates, giving you an estimate in advance of how long it will take us to get them to the standard that ASIC requires.
