Sophie Grace recently assisted Leap Financial Pty Ltd (“Leap Financial”) to obtain an Australian Credit Licence (“ACL”) for credit provider activities. The ACL application was lodged in January 2020 and approved in May 2020.

Leap Financial assists clients by obtaining tuition loans to international postgraduate students looking to study select courses at Australian universities. Leap Financial is authorised to act as a lender for credit contracts. The granting of a credit providing ACL has allowed Leap Financial to commence providing credit services to their clients.

“It has been an absolute pleasure working with Sarah and the team at Sophie Grace. They guided us through the entire ACL application process. It gave us comfort knowing that we had experts at Sophie Grace helping us and answering any questions we had. We were pleasantly surprised at the speed and ease of the process, which we believe was in no small part because of Sophie Grace. We would definitely recommend anyone seeking an ACL to work with Sophie Grace.”
