This subscription is ideal for AFSL holders that provide services to wholesale clients. The Corporations Act and Corporations Regulations include a range of different tests for how to classify a client as wholesale. Only one of the tests is required to be met per client. Examples of entities that may benefit from this subscription include: Corporate Advisories and Wholesale Fund Managers. Below is a breakdown of the compliance policies you will have access to with each AFSL subscription plan.
If you select the ‘Documents and Time’ Subscription, you will receive an allocated amount of consultation time with our staff each month at a discounted rate. The length of time you receive will depend on which staff member you choose to book a meeting with. For instance, you will receive 1 hour of time with our Director, Sophie, but may receive 90 minutes with one of our Junior Lawyers. When you are subscribed to a Time plan, you will have access to a separate ‘Consultation’ page in the Portal (see image 5 above). On this page, you are able to book a meeting with either Sophie Gerber, Alicia Pevely, or Victoria Pasquale. The consultation time can be used for:
If you don’t use all of your allocated time within a month, any unused time will roll over to the next month. If you select our ‘Documents Only’ plan, you are still able to book a meeting with our staff at a discounted rate. You will just need to purchase a block of 30 or 60 minutes via our shop.
The portal utilises API technology to directly debit customers every 30 days. When you sign up to the portal you will be able to select from 2 different direct debit options:
