This subscription is ideal for Item 54 Providers. Item 54 Providers are AFSL holders that arrange for customers to receive designated services from another Reporting Entity. For instance, if you do not issue financial products, but arrange for your clients to acquire a financial product from another Reporting Entity, you will be an item 54 provider. This category commonly includes financial advisers who arrange for their clients to receive designated services via another Reporting Entity. If you only provide designated services outlined in item 54 of table 1 in s 6 of the AML/CTF Act, you are considered an Item 54 Provider. Below is a breakdown of the documents and registers you will have access to with each AML/CTF subscription plan.
All AML/CTF subscription plans receive a one-off 1 hour consultation with one of our senior staff members. However, if you select the ‘Documents and Time’ Subscription, you will receive an allocated amount of consultation time with our staff each month at a discounted rate. The length of time you receive will depend on which staff member you choose to book a meeting with. For instance, you will receive 1 hour of time with our Director, Sophie, but may receive 90 minutes with one of our Junior Lawyers. When you are subscribed to a Time plan, you will have access to a separate ‘Consultation’ page in the Portal (see image 5 above). On this page, you are able to book a meeting with either Sophie Gerber, Alicia Pevely, or Victoria Pasquale. The consultation time can be used for:
If you don’t use all of your allocated time within a month, any unused time will roll over to the next month. If you select our ‘Documents Only’ plan, you are still able to book a meeting with our staff at a discounted rate. You will just need to purchase a block of 30 or 60 minutes via our shop.
